Avia Residences on Research - Extended Stay

The host Graci was the "Best Host"! The exceptional way she went above and beyond to assist my family during our stay made this one of the best places to stay in Massachusetts. The service was remarkable and both of the rooms we had were perfect.

I had no complaints.

Tv is outdated room is outdated tile on the floor was busted stain on wall and door

We have stayed several times at Avia and the staff are always exceptional. The rooms are nice and clean, the beds are very comfortable and having a kitchen is a game changer as we like to save money by cooking instead of eating out. We have stopped booking anything else because Avia meets our needs perfectly!

The kitchens could use a few more pots & pans of various sizes to make it really easy to prepare meals, but the staff will always try to accommodate requests for anything needed.

We booked for 3 adults, but there was no bedding provided for a 3rd. Also bath towels were only provided for 2, again we booked for 3 adults.

A hotel that looks like an apartment; big room with fully equipped kitchen and an actual size of refrigerator; pet friendly and not too expensive to pay for a dog; manager is really nice and friendly
