We couldn't check in for over an hour because they didn't have our room ready. Bed not comfortable. Curtains had holes

It was clean

The beds aren't great and the bathroom needed some work the toilet moved when you sat on it and the holder for the tissue was broken and the floor we were on had kids and they were yelling and going in and out several times durning the night

Great value at a newly remodeled hotel. Located near restaurants and shopping. I travel for business and stay here consistently in when in the Siouxland area.

The hotel is overall clean but needs renovation and repairing. I don't see any intention of making this place better via renovation, or even just get the walls repainted.
