I booked the room for three days. We got in at 9 pm. The room had a stale smell. I let the front desk know the next morning we were not staying Wednesday and they assured me I would be credited for the third night. I checked out on Wednesday and they were unsure how to credit but assured me they would after getting assistance from the GM. After two weeks I was notified by Expedia the property would not issue a credit. The front desk and breakfast staff were trying to handle the matter, but apparently the GM is the one at fault. They rented the room because of the event in Minot. I would steer clear of this property.

"My shower was broken, by bedcovers stained and my window curtains torn and the pool out of service."

Breakfast was ready bright and early, though was a bit limited. The lady up front was working so hard to serve us breakfast, man the front desk, clean the guest room, and handle guest complaints. They need more staff.

No potatoes and a rather limited selection. The breakfast area was terribly understaffed and we only had eggs and sausage.
