Fireside Inn & Suites - Belfast

My experience overall was positive in terms of value and quality. Great views and convenient location. The areas that I feel were underwhelming: gym lacked equipment, snack selections were unhealthy, and the front desk staff were less than friendly.

Just a great old fashioned road see motel. The staff on arrival were gracious and v very helpful with what little food choices are in the close vicinity. The rooms are pretty old fashioned but do have some newer amenities such as USB-C and A plugins. The soap and other amenities are your good old fashioned bottles and bars. The bathroom is pretty retro but they have coffee machines Keurig in the rooms. But they host a great variety of teas and coffee 24/7 in the lobby. They have a limited pantry and gift shop too. The fitness room is adequate and offers a great view to the sea. They have a rather nice indoor pool and hot tub. The real gem is the view and the expansive lawn and private beach;. Rooms are very quiet and the shades work well as the sun rises early and bright.

I enjoyed my stay, I brought my dog and he enjoyed it as well. Very dog friendly, we loved that our room walked out to the large yard and down to the ocean. The only downside was that there is no room numbers on the outside and coming back from a walk in the dark made it hard to count the doors trying to figure out what room was ours.

Pool and Hot Tub

The view is fantastic. The staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The only downfall is no breakfast in the morning, you buy basic food items, otherwise, I would recommend to anybody going to Belfast!

Beautiful, clean property with superb sea views. The staff are helpful, friendly and courteous and we had a lovely stay. We are repeat customers and enjoyed every minute there.

Fireside Inns was a very pleasant stay, staff were very friendly and helpful, pool was great and grounds around the hotel were very relaxing and enjoyable. Definitely would recommend and hope to stay there again.

Beautiful property overlooking the Penobscot Bay. Every room over looks it! Very close to town, shopping and dining.
