Amerivu Inn and Suites

Location

The desk clerk was hostile & rude. I accidentally made reservations for wrong date and he said I had to call customer service. I did what I could to change it online. He continued to stand and glare at me. I got to the part where it said "contact facility". He answered phone right in front of me and I literally had to say my name again and state why I was calling. It was ridiculous...then he finally did stuff on his end to change date and get us our room. The elevator was rickety and terrible, felt like it was going to break down at any moment. The mattresses were bad- spongy and bouncy. The bathroom was so cold it felt like you were outside.

Comfortable beds and good breakfast

Location was perfect - right next to all of my favourite stores for shopping. Staff were great - friendly and helpful. It was nice to have breakfast included in the cost.

I stayed from a Sunday to a Tuesday. On Monday when I returned from my day of shopping, I walked into my room and realized with surprise that it had not been cleaned. Maybe not enough staff? In any case, all the things I liked about the hotel - great cost, location, good staff - made up for it. I would stay again.

Breakfast was good,man who checked us in was amazing and positive and was very informative

Elevator a bit dirty..
