"It was a short but nice stay."

Hotel was quiet and staff was friendly and helpful. Bedding was clean. Good location near Birch Run and Frankenmuth. Staff gave good recommendations for things to do in the area.

Bed was uncomfortable. Woke up with a back ache and hips hurting. Black mold in the window sill. Loose tile in the bathroom. One door on the shower would not stay shut.

The hot tub was filmy and stuff was floating. When I brought it to the staffs attention they said it had just been tested that day and that the pool was fine. It was absolutely disgusting looking and when I asked to see the test the lady said well it gets tested each week.

The staff and the pool/ hot tub. It also took over an hour to get new towels and we had to call a couple times.
