"Good"

Front Desk staff EXTREMELY poor customer service skills. A simple "Good morning " when eye contact was made and blatantly ignored and NO response given, this is 2 days in a row!! I don't even know if they have teeth because they never cracked a smile 😐

"Above and Beyond"

The staff at Doubletree in Pomona was the best staff we had ever encountered for such an important event as what we had done. Veronica, Patricia, Ali, Emily and several others that helped us to check in to our rooms, serve our guests duringthe banquet, clean our rooms, and then serve us the next day, for their Fantastic Brunch went above and beyond what most do. "A Great Stay For Us"

We had a great stay at the DoubleTree in Pomona while attending a business conference. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable — a perfect place to unwind after a long day. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We especially enjoyed dining at Vita Italian Bar and Grill. Both the food and the service were excellent, and the bar area was a nice place to relax in the evenings. It was also a surprisingly quiet and restful place, even with multiple events going on. We had the chance to meet the General Manager, who impressed us with how she handled the busy weekend with calm, care, and a genuine smile. It was clear her team respected and enjoyed working with her, which really stood out. The location was convenient, with easy access to several freeways, and the view from the property was a nice bonus. And of course — who doesn’t love their famous, warm cookies? We will happily stay here again next time we are in the area.
