Holiday Inn Express Torreon by IHG

En verdad que tiene muy buenas instalaciones, las habitaciones nos parecieron bastantes confortables, el desayuno a pesar de ser continental estaba muy bien, únicamente no nos agradaron los jugos, el prrsonal excesivamente amable, la ubicación muy buena.

The food was poor, not many choices to eat. Bed was comfortable the room was clean staff was ready to help with any question.

Very comfy and clean! Perfect after a long day traveling.

I've stayed in this hotel few times now, it has a great location and good service overall. This time I was shocked to know that because my flight was delayed and I missed my connecting flight, I still was charged for the night I missed..... interesting. Anyhow, the rest of the stay was good. Hotel still needs to work on facilities conditions and a bit on customer relations.

Clean

Tuvimos problema con el aire y nos movieron de cuarto, pero estuvo igual o peor por el ruido que generaba el aire. En el primer cuarto había una cucaracha en el baño. Me pareció muy mal servicio para ser un hotel de la cadena IHG y que no tengan aires acondicionados.

Exelente lugar para vacacionar sin ninguna preocupacion y exelente seguridad los desayunos buenisimos. Lo recomiendo.
