"It could of been better."

Cleanliness of the hotel. The front desk lady that check us in was amazing she was very kind and accommodated us with our room. she was very friendly and greeted us with a smile.

I paid to be able to check out at 11:00 am and I left to have breakfast w/family and when I returned at 9am my room had already been turned down. I let the front desk know and all she said was I'm sorry. There was nothing done about it. I came in late for check in and all I wanted to do is relax before we had to attend a funeral. Instead we just drove around for two hours.
