Was a dump and I left after 10 minutes. Rap music was shaking the whole building. Expensive lesson!

Clean and updated. Decent breakfast with green Chile. Recommend so long as you’re not expecting the Hilton . Lotaburger next door.

Excellent stop as we were traveling. Clean, comfortable and friendly, accommodating staff. Highly recommend....great value.

Our room specifically was by the stairwell and the walls were thin so we could hear everyone going up and down the stairs.

I originally posted a very favorable review of this hotel. It is a great bargain for a quick overnight stay. However, I have since had a very frustrating experience with customer service issues concerning an item left behind. I realized once home in Arizona that I left my prescription glasses behind. I called the next morning several times and finally got an answer. I was able to confirm they were found and the clerk at the desk said she would give them to Sarah, the manager to return them. She took my information, including Credit card to pay for postage. That was 10 days ago. When I became concerned, I looked on my Credit statement, and no recent transactions for any shipping service was posted. So I tried calling several times to find out the status. It took three days of calling before anyone picked up. The Diane clerk assured me that she had given the package to Sarah, the manager, and gave me a direct number to her phone to inquire. I gave called a multitude of times, it went straight to a recording saying there was no mailbox set up for the phone. So I left several texts, showing them delivered, but zero response. I will continue to try, hoping this negative review may get someone’s attention.

Walking outside to go to breakfast

The room was fine, everything worked, and it was clean.

They had an outside door that was broken, they had it propped open, and if it was shut you couldn't get it back open. Somebody shut it. The breakfast area was in the lobby, where there was no room for everybody. I went elsewhere.

Outside looked like it might be a semi-crack house with little parking in small spaces, and nothing even close to entrance to rooms. TERRIBLE. But hallway and rooms were lovely, very clean, and comfortable. WELL DONE. Front desk gal was very nice. BRAVO. We didn't eat breatfast, which looked good, but there was no place to sit and eat... only 2 tables and 4 chairs. My only real complaint about the stay (if we come again, I will emphasize it) is that I'm handicapped and we were put upstairs. We had to first find the stairs which were on the opposite side of the bldg, then climb stairs and go the entire length of the building to the room. VERY DIFFICULT. Again, parking was limited and a couple of trucks were parked sideways, taking up about 5 spaces each, close to the building. This is the only reason we may not stay here again...the actual rooms were a surprise and appreciated.

#1The parking was absolutely horrible. Access to stairs to 2nd floor not marked and had to park at the opposite end of access, then go back the entire length of the hall after dragging suitcase up the stairs. Parking problem will hurt your reputation. #2 You offer breakfast, but no where to eat it. I certainly could not have carried it anywhere, least of all back to the room. Felt a little "gipped" in value for my money.

The room was clean and front desk clerk was very kind and helpful. Only complaint I have is there is no handicap ramp to walk up, no handicap parking, no rails to hold onto to get up the 2 big stairs to any room or several stairs to get up to the office on ground floor.
