Courtyard by Marriott Vacaville

Great hotel, super welcoming FD and lobby restaurant. Didn't stay in rooms. On a semi local business meet at lobby restaurant. We have been here before and returning soon. Please for the love of God pay a visit to your lobby restaurant and watch how the older lady belittles the young men that work for her. She should not be in management nor tell someone that "I bet your mom has to pick up after you too." The kind young man just took her toxicity like a champ. Me, I could never! It was so awful to overhear from our seats. It's a wonder the young adults don't want to work with mentors like that. I wish I would have said something like that show "What would you do?" I feel awful for not stepping up. She said more tempered inaudible things but we caught this, which was enough! I may reach out to the GM. Hopefully this is good enough. I created this T.A. account just because we all were shocked. May better days come to these young men working for Marriott.

Amazing location

Convenient and clean. We arrived late, at 2am, but the night staff was friendly and accommodating.

I visited the area to see family. While the hotel itself was nice, I was assigned a handicapped-accessible room where the shower water went all over the bathroom floor, which was inconvenient. The staff I encountered were not friendly, and when I returned from running errands the next morning, my room had not been cleaned and I had no fresh dry towels. Next time I visit, I’ll be staying at a Motel 6 instead.

Good location good parking

For Marriott, it seemed a little dated, and the rooms, especially the bathroom, could have been refreshed. The bed seemed old because you fell to the middle.

Room was clean. Nice decor. Nice fitness center. Wish there had been a continental breakfast.

The air conditioning in my room didn’t work and the staff offered two fans and free breakfast. I didn’t use the free breakfast and I returned the coupon to them. I would have liked a refund of the room instead.
