Cleanliness and location

breakfast was ok, location is easy to get to.

I was in room 127 and had no wifi all 3 days. (sat Nov30, Dec 1st and Dec 2) I called service desk and they said a tower cell was down and should be fixed asap. Sunday I went to front desk and they said it should be fixed. Monday I had no wifi. So 3 days and no internet. Other than that the stay was good.

Overall the hotel was fine. The room was clean as well as the common areas. But the rooms have the most useless refrigerator I've ever seen. It only cools 2 hours at a time and automatically shuts off. It's not good for keeping anything overnight. The hotel says you can bring items to the front desk for storage but that's not convenient. They need to replace them with a standard refrigerator!

It was very clean and looked like it was recently updated. I liked that there was a shower/ bathtub, rather than just a shower. Staff was very friendly and nice.

The AC/heater unit didn’t work so it was kind of hot throughout the stay. But still fun!

We were traveling for a soccer game. I’m off the parents called the hotel, told the clerk we would need several rooms,be arriving late in the afternoon , asked if there was a pool & if they had restaurant & breakfast? The clerk said Yes to everything. Great. Because of this, we all booked at the Marriott. Well, the pool closed at dusk because the lights we broken, the restaurant was closed because there wasn’t anyone to cook, the bar/lounge was closed because there’s no bartender & on & on. We didn’t expect this from the Marriott. We’d stayed at the Marriott in Santa Rosa recently & it was incredible & when we told the clerk that we were disappointed about the pool being closed she said we should have called first which was the first thing we did & reason we stayed there.
