Room was dirty

Clean enough room, fairly quiet.

The so-called called breakfast consisted of packaged granola bars and Bel Vita crackers. We did not feel the price was worth it, considering the poor breakfast provided.

Area was quiet

Gap under the door a host of spiders and snakes could crawl thru. Desperately needs renovation. Looks like new flooring and new bathroom sink and countertop but the rest is OLD.

Service was very good and the people very courteous. Facilities very comfortable!8⁹⁶

Hem estat dos dies i ni ens han fet el llit, ni ens han canviat les tovalloles tot i que les vàrem deixar dins la banyera al terra. L'hotel es presenta com que serveix esmorzar i només hi ha quatre "tigretones" i quatre galetes, quatre barretes energètiques i quatre peces de fruita i no reposen res. Jo vaig anar a esmorzar i no quedava gairebé res. Darrere meu van venir tres parelles amb nens i els nens no tenien absolutament res per esmorzar. Una vergonya!!! No tornarem a trepitjar mai més un hotel d'aquesta cadena.

The bed was comfortable and had good water pleasure.

The chairs the the room were dirty and stained. The room was the toilet and shower was were dirty, hair all over the floor and not swept.

The room was clean - bed was comfortable and for the most part the neighbors were respectful in keeping down their noise level. 2 of your staff members were very helpful in providing info for us on what was available in the area

1. 2 out of the 3 staff we talked to were very informative on providing what was available in the area THis was the first time that we stayed where there was no TV Guide or any information that would help us understand what was available in the area. (Example: to get a nice dinner - such as nothing about if the Casinos even had dining areas and what kind of food did they provide). 2. Our room was ok - but we had to ask for 2 light bulbs as 2 of the lamps did not have any and we could not get the light of the sink to turn on. 3 The lighting in the room was not designed to provide the correct lighting to help see when trying to comb hair/put on make up/shave, etc. 4. Not much insulation to drown out other adjoining room noise 5. As for the view from our room - there really wasn't a view. Just the parking lot.
