"Worth the stay"

This was a pleasant stay for us. We were in town for a few days to visit family, but were heading out of town, so we stayed here. Great rate! Friendly staff Clean room Comfortable bed

"Got charged for a canceled stay"

Canceled trip and still got charged. I was going one night. The Day I made the reservation I had a change of plans so I called hilton customer service and canceled. I still got charged for tye stay. I got in contact with the hampton and they refused to refund me for my stay. Chose a different hotel. Extremely ride employees including April.

"Good place to stay"

Nice location. Easy access. Friendly staff. Decorated nicely and looked well maintained. Comfortable and welcoming. Free cookies and water.

Our room had tiny ants, which wasn't a huge problem. I've had trouble with ants at my house this year, so it's understandable.

"Comfy with breakfast."

Location was great and Emma was friendly and sweet. Breakfast was exactly like all other Hamptons. Comfy beds as expected.

First given a room that hadn’t been cleaned so Emma reissued another room. I travel alot and stay in lots of Hamptons. This has NEVER happened before. The 2nd room smelled like it had been smoked in, but aside from that it was clean so we decided not to make a big deal out of it because we were tired. Human error is no biggie but this is supposed to be a non-smoking facility, I believe.

"Gave us UNCLEANED ROOM"

We got into the room from online check-in and in app room key card. We were tired from a long drive. My husband almost got into bed when I went to the bathroom and yelled that the room wasn't cleaned. The bed was made but when I went to the bathroom I saw used towels and washcloth, and a dirty toilet. My husband almost got into a dirty bed! There was frozen burritos still in the fridge. We called the front desk and she said she would bring up another room's keys. I told her that was unacceptable and she said it wasn't her fault, she just works there at the front desk. We got into the new room and it was clean except the bathroom floor had not been mopped. There was piss in from of the toilet. I cleaned it up with a lysol wipe. This is a horrible location!
