Kerri was absolutely awesome. We checked in on time but quickly discovered that we have left the keys locked in our car. She immediately started calling people to help come and get the keys out. She was kind, courteous, professional and friendly. She even gave us permission to go into the hot tub after hours so we can relax after a long drive. I would stay in this inn again and I will tell anyone I know that it's the best place in Monticello.

There was absolutely nothing that I didn't like. We had a pleasant stay and enjoyed it. The room was clean, the breakfast was good, and then jacuzzi was amazing!

It was conveniently situated. It was clean and the staff were helpful and friendly.

The mattress was very firm which caused discomfort for me. My husband was fine with it, so that is a personal issue. The fan on the heater was wobbly making it quite noisy, but we were able to turn that off and the room remained comfortable so that wasn’t a big issue after the first night.
