Bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good. I used to stay in Hamptons and had good experience. I think of it as home away from home !

Had issue at the front desk during check in. It appears that there is communication issues between the sales department and the general manager. It took a considerable wait at the front desk to before I was assigned a room. My room preference was not available even though it was requested a month ahead of time!
