No breakfast unfortunately

There was a very noisy party in the street nearby. Nothing to do with the hotel, but I might be more cautious about staying in the area another time.

We enjoyed the location as it is close to the centre of St Andrews. The room was clean, spacious and had comfy beds. The bathroom was modern and good shower pressure. Staff were friendly and helpful when we needed assistance. All facilities were in working order. Good size of TV and variety of channels too.

As much as the location was central, our room was on the ground floor and beside a road which was busy with cars and people. We were also beside the entrance to the property which was self entry so was quite noisy. Although the bathroom was nice, the shower kept flooding onto the floor and there was no mop to soak up the excess water. The room was also cold and we had to request a heater but staff were quick to help us with that.

The location was awesome since we wanted to play the St. Andrews Courses and be there early in the morning. The building is old as are the funishings and carpeting but the location more than made up for it. We did have one issue with the kettle and the owners' son came right over and did not make us feel bad for our stupidity of placing the coffee in the kettle and causing a leak. He could not have been nicer or more understanding.

Überraschung dass das Badezimmer am Gang war, aber es war wie gebucht ein privates nur für mich. Bisschen laut beim auf und zusperren und umständlich, aber nicht so schlimm.

Breakfast not applicable. The location was excellent. Many thanks to the kind and professional employee who offered my a free extra hour prior to check out.

The bathroom, although small, was nice and clean however the pressure of the water was a little weak.

The location was excellent! It is close to attractions, restaurants, stores, etc. Commuinication with the cleaning staff and property manager was excellent! It was a quiet stay, clean, and plenty of hot water in the private bathroom. Television/satellite/streaming service selections were very good. We didn't rent a car, but the Guest House is a reasonable walking distance to the bus station. And the buses ran on time!

The mattress in guest room #3 needs to replaced if it hasn't been replaced already. It was not in good condition and not worthy of such a fine guest house. The downstairs commons room could've used a larger refrigerator/freezer and microwave.

Great location, large room, comfortable.

Front door lock didn't work properly.
