USWe arrived at 2:30 AM. We had booked on booking.com, after midnight. It was a misunderstanding on my part, and it is complicated. I understand it is for the staff at Comfort Inn, too, but I feel the manager could have been more understanding and helpful, and helped us get a room for a few hours. We had been traveling over 16 hours, and really needed a place to rest. I would have been.more thoughtful and helpful if I had been in that position. As for the Comfort Inn franchise... If you would offer rooms at the same price as booking.com., people wouldn't book through them. We do that for the discount. You can give your customers the discount.
