Quality Inn Cameron

I attempted to book 2 rooms for the night, when I went to check out a message popped up saying one of the rooms were no longer available, it was prom night so I moved on and booked another hotel that had rooms. I get a email a couple hrs later saying my booking was confirmed even tho the initial message said otherwise. So as im laying in bed in a different hotel I get a confirmation email from quality in. I sent them a email explaining the issue and I haven't heard anything from them. It was 357$ and some change for the 2 rooms on top of 203$ for the other hotel.

The beds were really comfortable and there were three pillows for each queen bed that were high quality. The breakfast had biscuits and gravy with eggs and bacon. The air conditioning was pretty quiet.

Our room looked out onto the interstate, so we did get a little traffic noise. There aren't a ton of restaurants nearby that were open late, just fast food.

The staff was great-welcoming and helpful. The room was clean, but woodwork was a bit beat up and the rod to open sheers was off and on floor-could just pull enough to open some. The staff was great as we were loading the car to leave-our battery was dead because we left the lights on-overnight. When I was trying to call AAA- 2 staff people offered to use jumper cables for us to start. Definitely above and beyond!
