We stayed one night. Room was clean, bed was comfy and bathroom roomy. Morning buffet was good.

At first I was taken by the style but soon realized it is by design to be authentic. Super clean and really noce staff.

Prefer modern design but nothing wrong with this property.

conveniently located in terminal two. Bed was nice. But the downside was pretty awful. The carpet, a light color, was plainly quite dirty and stained. I didn’t want to take my shoes off. The shower stall had mold in the ceiling and in the grout lines. This is basic cleanliness and it doesn’t take rocket science for housekeeping to spread the mold when they see it and to keep the carpets clean with some regularity. The hotel was quite dated as many airport hotels are, but this was not a Holiday Inn or a motel six, it was a Sheraton. At this price point, travelers have a right to expect basic cleanliness. what made it worse? Was that at check-in, we were asked what time we plan to check out, which we informed the front desk. But by 8:30 in the morning, housekeeping was already knocking on the door, interrupting our sleep, followed by a bar man, looking for his bar tray that he used to serve a glass of wine to us the night before. we had gone to the bar, as is our habit, to pay for a glass of wine to take to our room. We were told that we could not do that and had to use room service. For travelers on the fly, this is extremely inconvenient because of the wait time. Didn’t make sense to me. We finally checked out shortly after.

Stay was good until my boyfriend fell due to a long tablecloth draped on the floor about 6 inches and hitting his head on another table. Minimum aid given and no offer for compensation of any sort. Our prior stay back in May had been wonderful.

Could a few more cameras around the property and better lighting in parking area. Otherwise we loved everything about our stay.

We were very impressed by the beautiful layout of the front entryway. There were several seating areas as well as tables hiding table games. The lounge was nice and we were happy they had live music. The rooms were tastefully decorated and very comfortable with little host touches such as two truffle candies and two bottles of water. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful grounds, charmingly decorated, pool surrounded by gorgeous tall trees.
