Executive Inn & Suites Oakland

I loved everything about this hotel

All was good

Clean, comfortable and lovely staff.

Breakfast was slightly basic, but substantial enough if you are happy with a continental style.

It was Great for accessing places on my trip.

Security and Parking were lacking.

We arrived in Oakland for a wedding and booked a room here. Upon arrival Maria A. assisted us with a complementary upgrade to a water side view. It was amazing! The staff was very kind and helpful. Due to flight changes they where very accommodating with a early checkout. Would recommend staying here if you wanted to be close to Oakland/Alameda without being in Oakland.

Oakland executive inn and suites. Enrique was the phenomenal host whom showed excellent customer service, authentic personal communication. This was a very difficult time for our family, yet Enrique ensured we had everything we needed during our visit. Our room had a welcoming atmosphere, it was peaceful with an awesome view. Our visit purpose was sad but with Enrique assistance, we had a prepared space allowing peace and rest. Thank you, Enrique for your extended kindness

It was clean and quite and has a beautiful water view

The price was right.

There was no mention of having to pay for parking on the site I booked with. I'm not sure why I did pay. It's an open parking lot with plenty of parking on the street in front of the hotel. I should have just parked there and saved money. I feel like it was a scam that I fell for. I could see if the parking was closed off. Or if there was someone monitoring the lot. But there wasn't. Also, if you stay out late... you have to wait for someone to buzz you in. Yep... that's right, your key card won't let you in. We literally banged on the glass as we could see a woman at the front desk ignore us. Once more people started to arrive, that's when she buzzed us in.
