"WONDERFUL 6 NIGHT STAY THE HOTEL WAS BEYOND OUR EXPECTATIONS"

STAFF WERE SO HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY EVEN WITH THE LANGUAGE BARRIER. WHEN WE LEFT THEY CUDDLED US AND WANTED US TO STAY LONGER. THE DECOR OF THE HOTEL WAS MAGNIFICENT, WOULD CERTAINLY RECOMMEND

COACH SERVICE EVERY HOUR INTO THE CENTRE OF SAPPORO WITH RETURN TRIP NO COST THE CHOICE OF FOOD WAS EXCELLENT

Questo è davvero un hotel che vale oro, sotto tutti gli aspetti. Pensate a cosa desiderate da un soggiorno e qui lo troverete. Noi siamo stati OTTIMAMENTE per quattro notti, e non lo diciamo spesso. E’ ben gestito, pulitissimo, ha ristoranti, spa, palestra, navette per arrivare in fretta in centro (se no sono 15 minuti di piacevole passeggiata), colazione di altissima qualità e grande varietà.La nostra camera era molto molto ampia, con vari ripiani, scrivania e armadio. Grazie a tutto il gentilissimo staff.

정통호텔의 멋스러움이 있음. 깨끗하고 친절함. 스스키노 기준으로 강건너에 있어 한적하고 조용하지만 스스키노까지 거리가 좀 있음. 호텔 건너에 편의점이 있어 매우 편리함.

"Great option in Sapporo!"

The breakfast buffet that came with my reservation was excellent! One of the best that I have had! The staff at the restaurant very nice and constantly working to keep things filled, in order and clean. Loved the free shuttle from 11 am - 6:30p to and from Shibuya station! Loved how quiet it was!

The room I got was huge even for US standards! The furniture is very dated though and needs a refresh. You can tell that in its day the hotel was rather grand! It’s prime! The location for me was not the best. Nothing right outside but the shuttle to and from Shibuya station is a plus. Coming from staying in Shibuya where everything is right outside your door probably had an impact on my opinion.

Good value and included a great buffet breakfast. We were close to central Sapporo but far enough away to be a bit quieter. I think we need to go back to Sapporo as it is very central for day trips to other exciting towns.
