"Five star service, old world charm."

Amazing staff, five star service. The hotel has an old world charm and grandeur to it, but wear and tear is visible in a few places. One of the best toilets! And good views of the river. In a nice location just outside of the CBD. Breakfast buffet was great.

The Aircon thermostat system is quite dated, and there isn’t a digital control - sort of warm, warmer or warmest. We had to open the window a few times to stay cool because the whole hotel was set to warm.
