I have the Hampton app, so I never dealt with the front desk at all. Key and room number showed up in the app and checked out with it.

Bed was kind of hard. Expensive!

This hotel was “home” for a two week work trip. I had zero issues with the room related to cleanliness, working order of fridge, bathroom, etc. I was able to use the gym as i wanted when it opened at 5:00am. The temperature was also a nice cool setting, not the typically found hot gyms the minute you walk in. It overlooked the pool and hot tub area. The hot tub was closed the first few days I was there but we found out it was due to a wrong chemical quantity put in and it evened itself out shortly after. I did use it once though it was not overly relaxing and super foamy. The front desk staff were always friendly in the morning segments leaving and again in the evenings. Myself and coworkers took full advantage of the onsite bar/restaurant area quite a few times during the stay. The food was consistently good, with a decent variety. Drinks were good too and staff pleasant on that side as well! The lobby coffee every morning was even fresh, hot, full and STRONG! I can appreciate the consistency in the hotel staff and customer service as this is not always evident in hotels. Would definitely return!
