Heating not working I telephoned and was told this would be sorted but it wasn't and it was a very cold night

Single room with the en suite bathroom was nice. Bed was comfortable, room was clean and spacious. Lots of charging spots, good quality wifi and TV and coffee/tea facilities.

Had a little bit of an issue with the door as sometimes it got stuck when opening to my room. The bathroom lights are also sensored so had to wait a while for it to turn off, which is annoying at night time. Bed was comfortable, room was clean and spacious.

The staff, in the rooms, restaurant and cafe, were delightful. So helpful. We had 2 breakfasts and 2 dinners and they were excellent.

The car park was poorly lit.

Nice place to stay. Rooms are clean and tidy.

Clean warm comfortable

I was greeted very warmly when I arrived both at reception and at the bar. The room was very comfortable as was the bed and the facilities were excellent. Everything was clean and tidy. The pub was very good and the food was excellent, with a great ofgfer for people who were staying at the hotel.
