Location was great

Air conditioning poor. Did not seem to be working. I don’t like showers in baths as they are a hazard. Especially for the elderly.

Buffet breakfast was about the only thing we enjoyed about this stay. Gym facility mediocre.

That the photos of the rooms you see on Booking.com are NOT the rooms you will necessarily get. Coffee machine did not work, Front desk said they would replace with another and that never came it was the same broken coffee machine, in addition the pods we wasted for the broken coffee machine weren't replaced so no coffee. Couldn't order coffees from downstairs in the early morning (5am) had to walk down to Dome to get a coffee. Bathroom dr closes onto the toilet seat so you actually have to move close to the shower door to close it. Facilities felt run down old and cold apart from the Breakfast and Eating areas. Carpets in the Lobby are horrible and need to be binned immediately.
