"Overall a Bad Experience."

It was close to the Ark Experience.

Filthy Floors. No Coffee, No Cups, The Bed was absolutely horrible, A nightmare experience.. The room smelled. The Shower leaked.

The pillows were comfy and staff was kind.

It's definitely more of a motel than a hotel. The inside was clean but the property is not well kept. We chose not to use the shower and avoided the bathroom as much as possible because it was tiny an mold around the vent fan.

The room had a recliner and my husband has a bad back so we stayed another night he was so happy to be able to relax at the end of our day at the Ark Encounter. The out door pool was nice also.

Could use some updates but you get what you pay for. Was reasonable.

"Pleasant & affordable"

The staff was nice, the location was good for the Ark Encounter, pool hours were good and it was clean. It got the job done and you can tell they have updated it as much as possible and keep it clean.

It’s older and smells like an older property, definitely no frills but it was clean and cheap and right next to the attraction.
