Americas Best Value Inn & Suites Williamstown

Breakfast was a grab and go, not what I expected. Was hoping for at least a piece of toast and eggs.

The room i stayed was not bad. But there is an adjoining room next door with a doorway. It was closed off nor sealed of properly. I could hear the people next door. Someone snored all night and kept me up. Not a single night was I able to get a good night sleep.

Location. Great A/C. Friendly staff.

Bathrooms need work. Only 1 roll of toilet paper and with 2 women had to ask. Tub would not stop up. Did not clean room on day 2 except to make bed and change towels. Stairs going up are very steep.

This place was a great value. It was close to the Ark Encounter, which we were visiting. It was spotless, and there were plenty of towels without having to request them. It appeared to have new floors. I would definitely stay there again. It does have steps to the second floor (no elevator), so if you have trouble climbing stairs, request a room on the first floor.

Shower had no grab bars, so wife didn't feel safe enough to shower.
