everything was excellent : very clean, and comfortable, the access to the lounge was very helpful for my virtual meetings. The staff was super helpful and welcoming. the location is perfect. and the street is quiet, you can hear the birds... the price was also very attractive for Vancouver. I hope it will stay like this...

The sound insulation between rooms is not very good. you can listen to your neighbors too easily. a bit disturbing when they speak loud.

Very comfortable bed-and-breakfast. Fantastic location the place is spotless and very comfortable. I chose a room with a shared bathroom and it was no problem at all. The bathroom was also completely spotless and very well maintained. They are very generous with the heating and winter you definitely will not be cold inside. The staff are lovely and I was extremely grateful to be checking in late at night. A very easy walk from Broadway City Hall Canada line station.

I had an exceptional experience staying at the Windsor Guest House in Vancouver BC and highly recommend staying there. After I booked my reservation with booking.com I was notified promptly by a staff member and they answered a few questions that I had. The Guest House is in a safe, tree lined street, beautiful vintage houses, with many nearby restaurants, cafes and interesting shops. The Skytrain stop, which is accessible from the Vancouver Airport is very close, approximately a 3 block walk. The instructions to enter the property and access the key to my room was very easy and again, very nice and accomodating staff. The room is antique, beautiful and kept in pristine clean condition. There was a beautiful old but well kept fireplace in the room! Beautiful queen size bed with the best mattress, bedding and pillows! I had the nicest sleep. The room has a very clean and lovely washroom with a perfect shower. A fantastic breakfast in the morning. The house was quiet during the night..also big windows, a fridge, desk and TV in the room. A wonderful, perfect stay!
