CHCHCHDas Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist sehr zentral am Rand der Altstadt. Trotzdem war das Zimmer mit Rheinblick sehr ruhig. Zum Schlafkomfort hat beigetragen, dass zwei verschieden grosse Kissen angeboten wurden. Man kann im Haus auch hervorragend essen.
Das Frühstück war gut und reichhaltig, aber etwas zu teuer (24 CHF).
ROGreat location, wonderful view in the morning for the breakfast, very kind person to the reception. The cosy vinted room like in my childhood. The bathroom size (it can be considered one more room). BLonde hair lady from the breakfast but not brown hai lady from the first morning of my stay.
Very poor breakfast, but enough. No variation, no vegetables at the breakfast in a country with healthy habits. IN my first morning at this hotel a brown hair lady (for sure not a swiss lady) was very unpolite to me and when I checked out I found that I would pay a drink (cognac) I did not consume ever but, I put in the glass by mistake. I leave the cognac glass on the tables with drinks but the lady put it on my room. LUckly the wonderful person from the reception did not pick up my moneys for this. ANyway there are video camera in the restaurant and it can be cheked.
