Séjour parfait dans un lieu splendide. Le site est magnifique, très bien entretenu, et l’ambiance y est apaisante. Un grand merci au personnel, toujours souriant, disponible et attentionné. Ils ont vraiment fait la différence !

Friendly & attentive staff Beautiful grounds & very quiet pool area

For this level of hotel we felt a bunch of the smaller things were lacking; -Small thin pool towels -Tiny hair dryer -Only 2 shower towels provided in bathroom - room furniture was in an odd configuration, we ended up rearranging and putting the chairs together in the larger space by the window so we could sit together and chat -there was an ice bucket on the room but no ice machines - would be nice to have a booklet in the room to tell us a bit about the hotel's history and service offerings

Suberb hôtel with very poor restaurant. This level of hôtel and restaurant offered average quality food but the quantity served and the prices were abusive (twice what you would pay on similar restaurants in Europe) to say the least. We will not be back at this hôtel, strictly due to the practice of the restaurant.

This place is just amazing, calm, great food and excellent service

My husband and I enjoyed celebrating our anniversary at this hidden gem. The room was pretty, comfortable and well-appointed. Dinner in the restaurant was exquisite, exactly what you expect from a relais et château. We stayed in January. We relaxed in the outdoor hot tub and sauna. This will be a regular get away for us.

I left my stay feeling pretty disappointed. The staff wasn’t very friendly, hardly anyone said hello. The room service wasn’t great either. The only things they really did were change the towels and rinse the coffee cups. I had asked for a fridge before arriving, but it wasn’t in the room. When they finally brought one, it was dirty and unplugged. The bathroom door didn’t close because it was off its hinges. I told the front desk, and they just asked if I was okay with it, but nothing was fixed. The bed wasn’t made during my stay, which has never happened to me before. When I asked why, they said it had been a busy day. Honestly, that didn’t feel like a good excuse. It made me feel like guests were being ignored because other events were more important. What saved the experience was the food and drinks. The quality was amazing. Big thanks to the chef and the kitchen team...everything was really tasty and well done. Quality was all there !

Awesome stay

Great view from nice deck outside room. Wonderful toiletries. Great shower. Great towels. Housekeeping each day. Convenient parking. Comfortable bed.

Bed was noisy. No place to put suitcases. ...other than lay on floor. Shower made the whole bathroom floor wet. No way to prevent sunlight in the morning (only had windows slats for privacy). Thought we were getting a king bed and instead had a queen size.
