The beds were comfortable and it was clean

What I didn’t like was that in the double bed rooms they didn’t have sinks in the restrooms my family had to use the sink in the room 😒 . Also if we were this much money you’d expect for the heated pool to be functional sadly it wasn’t it was soo freezing we couldn’t even get in that’s how freezing it was and when we asked multiple times for them to turn on the heater for the pool to heat up they kept goving us the run around that they told management and nothing was done finally on our last day we asked again in the morning hoping the water would be warm enough they finally told us they had to order a part for it to work and the maintenance guy wasn’t working that day 😑like really you’d expect at least the heated pool to be functioning!!!
