Stayed many times. Staff friendly and efficient. Pizza at the Crew Pit is good, Brenda at the bar friendly and very nice.

Shuttle drop off is an issue right now, but that's not The Atrium's fault. The on going construction causes a mess at DFW.

"Comfortable night near DFW"

Roms and beds are comfy. The staff is outstanding, from the shuttle drivers to the servers in the restaurant. The only reason this doesn't get a top rating is the mediocre food from the restaurant.

The quality of the food from the restaurant isn't good. The chef making omelettes and eggs to order at breakfast did a good job, but the food at night was sub-par. Mediocre rueben sandwich and cold, tasteless french fries. They were very busy due to lots of flight cancellations and a full restaurant bar. The server was terrific.

The room was large.The bed was comfy and nice sheets.The person in the bar restaurant was very efficient.

The guy at check-in was hopeless and not professional.Gave us no information or greeting at all.
