Atlantic Shores Motel

Cute and very clean place! Very close to beach access! Would definitely come back!

The floors were dirty. Stained comforter. Wi-Fi poor. TV wouldn’t turn on this morning. Door lock outside was crooked and didn’t look secure. I called the number for support on the WiFi and the woman that answered was very helpful.

Property was spotless and bathroom large-what a great find

We stayed two nights and when we arrived early, we were able to get right into our room. It is located across from the ocean but you can drive to a free beach access. I would recommend this motel

The location was very quiet. Quick access to the beach. The bed was very soft and comfortable. The only thing I didn’t like was having a key to get into the room, that system needs to be updated. My overall experience was great, I will definitely stay again.

For a motel, it was good, but I did have a problem with waiting about 10 minutes for the hot water to come on one night. Also, the sheets were stained, and you could tell no one had been in the room for a bit. The bed was comfy, but very loud. It was also very humid inside the room, and the floor was wet all over. The person was very quick to respond when needed and made it easy to enter the room.

This is a very small, traditional beach hotel (at least as traditional hotels went in its original days), only 12 rooms, accessible by parking right at the door. It was a shock that there is no staffing at the hotel, no lobby, no services of any kind (like an ice machine). To get into your room, you will be given a security code to open a key box at the door, then get the key out of the box to get in (i.e. you check yourself in). You can text them, but their text giving you the key code indicates that requests are not answered quickly. However, this type of check-in using a code to get the key out of a key box is exactly like the many VRBOs I've stayed at. The room is clean, spacious enough and the furniture is in great shape. The bed is very, very comfortable, with four plump pillows. The shower is a huge walk-in shower: a dozen people could take a shower together in it, it's that huge. Negatives: the air conditioning is right next to the bed and runs extremely loud, which makes it necessary to turn it off (as far as I can tell) in order to sleep, which makes the room too warm. The age of the hotel is showing. The door and door frame are rusted and damaged in the lower corners. The door is secure, but the rusting spots are pretty ugly looking. I wish they had a box of tissues in the room

Liked that Crabby Joe’s was right across street. Was convenient to get in and out of room.

This does not have management on site but they messaged me clear concise directions. They are easily reached but I did not need anything. It was very clean and surrounded by stores and a quick walk to the beach. I would def stay here again.

Clean and quiet, we very much enjoyed the stay and if we come back again would definitely stay again
