Horrible stains on carpets inside and outside of the room. Holes stuffed with rags. Duck tape on the windows. Everything was ridiculous

The cleanliness. The hotel needs to be shut down

The room was nasty with blood the showers was not was disrespectful the bed was not made up and head it has Seamus names on in it the couches have blood on it we didn't have no remote to it the service I had to stand there in 15 minutes before somebody even came to to the desk I was very upset I want my money back
