"Overall great hotel. Location was awesome to restaurants, Target, and other shopping places."

The breakfast had a good selection and overall good. I liked that it is pet friendly. We didn't hear any pet barking in the hotel. Pool was nice and in use.

I used the weight room and would have loved to have a bike in it. The past few Hampton Inn have and its been nice. Overall the gym fit my need.

"Turning frowns upside down"

I arrived at the hotel late due to auto trouble traveling from Memphis. I booked a 4 night stay, but somehow my reservation was canceled. Jaleesa, the host at the desk, helped my family tremendously! She worked and made calls until my previous arrangements were back current. During our stay, Jaleesa made sure everything was good. I appreciate her kindness and understanding the situation and making things right. Keep being awesome Jaleesa!

"A short statement…Terrible."

Nothing. Terrible hotel.

1. A/C Didn’t work. After unpacking we had to move to another room. 2. Phone didn’t work and staff didn’t know what to do? We will never stay at this facility again. Also, I was a Hilton Honours Member. Now, I don’t even get a water.

It is a good hotel and well located. Staff is nice. The nighttime check in Girl was so nice and very patient with guests

They changed breakfast up . They removed some items that where always standards.
