Tolles großes Zimmer, Lage, großes Bad!

Im Hotel saßen mehrere Gäste und warteten darauf dass es 15 Uhr wird. Ich habe online eingecheckt und die anderen am Terminal. Irgendwie wusste niemand so richtig was passiert und was man tun soll. Brauche ich eine App um mit dem Handy die Tür zu öffnen oder nicht? Einige fragten ein Mitarbeiter. Ich sah dann, dass man am Terminal Zimmerkarten bekommt. Das habe ich dann auch gemacht. War leider am Terminal nicht eindeutig da ich online schon eingecheckt hatte und ich am Terminal das dann nochmal machen musste.
