It was a good location and easy to find.

Pleasant attitude of the staff in meeting our requests. Clean room and comfortable beds. Clean Bathroom and good shower volume of Hot water. Rooms were close together and on the ground floor as requested. Bed configurations were changed in one but kept at the same price.

There were some broken pieces in the room that should have been repaired before putting the room into use. A light fixture over a bed was broken and a towel rack next to the sink in one unit was out of the wall. There was a lack of a clothing rack in another room. Towels and toilet paper were in short supply but were supplied immediately when attendant in charge who was still setting up the rooms at 3:30 was asked for them. Sinks lacked control rods for holding water and releasing water. One had to reach under the counter and behind the drainpipe to achieve control. Misinformation regarding Breakfast being supplied. This is Booking .com error as the Hotels own website does not list it as available. When messages were sent to/through Booking.com concerning that, no response came through from anyone to me. Television remote controls in the rooms did not operate as the batteries were in upside down. We corrected that on our own. One room had a very dirty TV screen. Updating of rooms was in progress so some problems were understood.

they advertised a free breakfast, Was none, No coffee pot in room. Advertised as non smoking room but had burn marks on furniture and in bathroom. We signed up for a king bed and got two queens.
