Howard Johnson by Wyndham Wilmington

It is famous brand hotel but not as known Howard Johnson in the past. Breakfast is very simple not consider as continential breakfast standard.

Everything, room was filthy, lock was broken on first rom, toilet lid came off, smell like cigarette smoke and weed. Curtains would close and the room was dirty. Not worth $30 a night let alone $159

It is overall good and fairly clean.

Front desk staff were very accommodating

This room was to much for what you got but we didn’t have much of a choice. Room had an old smoke smell upon arrival. They are in desperate need of new beds. When my spouse or I would roll over you can hear the springs in the bed squeezing and making noise. There were holes in the walls where something once hung. The AC was loud. If you have a choice I’d pick somewhere else to stay. Would not stay here again.
