Basic accomodation but spotlessly clean. Staff were without exception extremely courteous and unfailingly helpful. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Not a lot . Staff were friendly.

Rooms were poor - only one pillow each, very tired and terrible wifi. Breakfast was poor quality with dried up hot food, lack of fresh fruit and bread choices.

The staff were fantastic, the pool & the cleanliness.

The beds being on wheels they rolled around everywhere & you couldn't lock them. Lack of power points near the main bed & a little side table in the second room would be awesome. It is very noisy but for one night it was fine.pack earplugs though if you're a light sleeper.

Room was dated. Staff on check in were lovely and accommodating. Got us a table inside as outside was cold and windy. Restaurant was ok, but had to order food and drinks at the counter. Something you would expect in a pub. Food was ok though not great. We booked for two nights and when we came back from our day tour the room was not made up. I went to reception and was informed because yesterday was a public holiday they were behind in doing the rooms. I was given clean towels but felt that was not a good excuse. TV in room kept pixelating. When lying on bed watching tv the bed kept moving. Had to put paper stops under castors. Relative cheep to stay being an Accor member but would look for somewhere else if staying here again.

Nothing cleanliness- chair in the room was dirty with something on it. Bed was not clean - found hair from the previous user. Bed was sooo noisy and mattress was of poor quality.
