Motel One Frankfurt - Hauptbahnhof

Property was nice and clean inside, However lots of homeless people and drug users outside and round the back of the property. We enjoyed our stay but wouldn’t go back. Our bathroom also smelled of sewage.

Omg what a terrible hotel we got put in here when our Lufthansa flight was cancelled- it is in the middle of a drug area - to the extent it had security - no reception everything was electronic- you could hear every door slam all corridor conversations avoid at all costs

Our room may not have been spacious, but it was compact and modern style (decor and furniture). Their self-check-in system was a royal pain. We had to get help and if he had handled it from the beginning, we would have been checked in in half the time.

Lovely modern hotel right by the station in Frankfurt. Check in was OK but a bit technical for some. I managed as a seasoned traveller but some would find it a bit difficult as it was all electronic. This was probably the only minor complaint. The room was spacious, clean and had everything I needed. I can't really make any other comment........ Breakfast was good with plenty of choices. So a brief review, unusual for me, but there wasn't really anything to complain about. I would have given it 5 stars but there is a serious issue with drug dealers almost directly outside the hotel. I realise that this is not a hotel thing and that any city centre has problems but blatantly dealing yards away from the front door is not a good advert.

Was in Frankfurt for a conference. The location is super convenient and the stay and breakfast great! The staff were helpful and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable, but now fridge. The area around the station is rough at night, making the hotel a great oasis to relax and rest. The parking is a hassle and expensive at the train station and a long way to carry suitcases. Will probably stay here again.

I hop the backend system is more flexible. I accidentally booked 2 one night bookings instead of 1 two nights booking but I still needs to check-in two times even though I stayed at the same room.

Very good location if you want to stay close to the central train station. Pleanty choices for all kinds of restaurants within short walk distances. The room is large and clean.

It was conveniently located close to the main railway station and within walking distance to some tourist destinations. The station was crowded, noisy and at times unsafe with people fighting

We chose this hotel because of its location, and it didn’t disappoint. It’s right across the street from the train station, which made our travel plans much easier. If you're looking for a convenient stopover with easy access to transportation, this is a great option.
