Just one night, but our room was clean, bed was comfortable and the location was great. Lady at the front desk was excellent! Would definitely stay again.
The employee at check in was unfriendly and seemed to not like his job. The room had an odd odor. It smelled like people were cooking food in their rooms.
Property smelled like mold. Ceiling in the lobby looks like it has black mold. Was not a fan of the kiosk check in experience. Everyone employee that we talked with on the property was very nice and helpful, but the hotel itself was old, had significant water damage and I would not stay there again.
Bad organization
I checked in with a machine and consultant via video call, then discovered my key didn't work so had to return and cut in front of other customers to get a new one. Then I found that the window shades don't close fully, so I had light seeping into my room all night. And the neighbors were listening loudly to TV last quiet time. Not a positive experience at all!
Had a car at the parking lot with hi volume musics with a lot of people around, I can not reach the front desk over the phone.... at the main number someone answer from another location, he said that he will call the front desk to ask help... music continue from 9pm all the way to 11:30pm... 2am we had a bed shaking noise and 6am people screaming at the hallway to wake up other rooms, knocking at the doors. Not easy to sleep.... After that at the breakfast we had eggs and sausages, nothing more.
The reception staff treated us very rudely; it was not pleasant.
