We had a prepaid (non refundable) room paid for. At time of check in, they did not have any record of our room. We already paid for the room?!?!?
I made a reservation with you back in January for one nite in Sarasota, Florida. We prepaid for the room. Only to arrive and there was no record of a reservation. We ended up making another reservation and making another payment. I am demanding a refund on payment made to Expedia.
Older, scant breakfast, not worth the $259 per night we had to pay.
There was a very bright light in the parking lot. It was shining in the window and the shade did not help. Very hard to sleep. Also, next to businesses so pretty noisy. No parking one night. Haad to park at the 7-11
It was average hotel, nice staff at check in.
This is the first time I checked in virtually at a hotel. The property was ok, breakfast average and what I expected.
For a one night stay the hotel is perfect. The rooms are clean, the beds are clean and that’s all you need. The breakfast was good but not enough tables to seat everyone.
Property was clean & comfortable. Desk person was Rude at best’
