The Milestone Inn

Room was clean and quaint. The wallpaper was peeling in the bathroom but we were just staying the night on our trip and the price was right. A refrigerator and a microwave were in the room.

Well maintained and clean; good mattress. Room reeked of heavy marijuana smoke, even after airing the room out for several hours - took my sinuses a long time to settle down before getting to sleep.

No service at all. We stayed for 5 days and left after three never did they change the linens. At all. No office to speak of had to call a phone number to get new keys as ours didn’t work. Would not recommend at all

Quiet. Very clean. Within walking distance to great dining, shops, breakfasts, delis, ice cream. Delightful staff.

Very efficient and friendly. They responded very positively to a special request I made. Thank you!

We were very pleased to find this hidden gem in Waterbury CT. My husband and I were in the area on business and though the Milestone doesn't offer lots of amenities, it had everything we needed. Very comfortable bed, super clean room, easy loading in and out...fridge, microwave and keurig (all of which we used) nice hot shower, lots of towels, easy contactless check in. And Waterbury is the cutest town with lots of shops, restaurants etc. all within walking distance. Oh and a great price!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Milestone. It was clean, quiet, super convenient to many shops and restaurants, and comfortable. The contactless check in was perfect and the grounds/building were immaculate and charming. I think people who complain about peeling wallpaper in a bathroom in a five star hotel have every right, however, in this sweet little place, given what you pay, that should not be something of complaint in my mind. The bathroom was clean and bright otherwise. As was the room. Everything was in working order and the beds were comfortable. For the nightly rate we got, we would stay again in a heartbeat.

It was so quaint and charming! The room was very clean and generously sized, as was the bed. The fridge and microwave were nice added conveniences. Parking was extremely convenient. Check in was over the phone, which was incredibly easy and quick. I loved everything about the Milestone Inn and look forward to staying there again!
