Kings Inn Anaheim at The Park & Convention Center

We go to Disneyland about 4-5 times a year and stay for about a week at a time. So pick the right hotel is important for us. Now that being said… this hotel has checked off most of our boxes. Let’s be honest, cost is a big factor, alongside cleanliness, location and noise. They got those 4 right off the bat, as first impressions are what makes or breaks the deal. Also the customer service was very genuine and not overly aggressive, but sincere. A 15 minute walk from our room to the security check point. Lots of convenient amenities in walking distance from shops, upscale restaurants, to basic grab and go meals and a local CVS Pharmacy. Lastly, the maintenance of the facility was cared with a keen eye and with vigilance for the safety of their guests.

Not much to say about what I didn’t like but, in all fairness in writing a review there has to be honesty with balance. Unfortunately, no gym and for my husband that was a big thumbs down. However not enough to make the decision in not returning because the rest outweighs this. Me, I’m walking all day, I can do the gym back home. The lighting in our room wasn’t very good for a Gal that loves makeup, not a good thing. Next time I’ll just have to definitely bring an additional light with mirror, easy fix. However, one thing that was a bit of a nuisance was the iron. As it was attached to the ironing board and was very difficult to maneuver. I’m assuming because of unfortunate events of people taking the irons, that had the management resort in this decision.

I loved the location and how close it was to the park for the price we paid.

There is no elevator so if you plan to have a stroller, request a bottom floor hotel if it’s available
