This is a very nice house with rooms to rent, not what I would consider a hotel. It is in a nice, quiet neighborhood. You can reach the center city area on the 7 Bus in about 30 min.
We loved our stay at Dunbar Guest House. It was a great location with super easy access and super friendly people running it. Very easy, very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

It reminded me of a hostel when I was a young traveller. It was a shared bathroom and stark. Not cozy. The property is run down and the first thing you see are garbage cans in the front yard.
The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. The place was nice and clean. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.
I liked the area, but didn’t like the reception. The atmosphere was cold, not warm and friendly. The security wasn’t that good.
