Ponuka raňajok bola obmedzená, žiadna zelenina.

Prístup personálu, neochota pri komunikácii, v kúpeľni neboli doplnené kozmetické obrúsky (ak nerátam posledný v obale), smotana do kávy bola pokazená, takmer prázdny obal s vyzrážanou pokazenou smotanou na vrchu)

Belle chambre, belle vue, proximité du parc du 50 aire et des institutions européennes, emplacement idéal pour visiter Bruxelles.

The room did not have air-conditioning during a very hot day. It was uncomfortable to be in the room. I was told that the a/c does not work in some rooms. During a visit a few months ago on a cold day, the heating was not working. Obviously there is a problem with the heating/cooling system that has not been fixed.

L’emplacement près des resto et de l’endroit où je devais fêter mon anniversaire (31/05)

Le mensonge , il m’a été attribué la chbre 606 sans climatiseur car en panne et celui qui m’a reçu a menti en disant que l’orage avait coupé le courant dans toute l’aile . Sauf que les voisins avaient la climatisation. Il a fait très chaud , impossible de garder les fenêtres ouvertes car bruit en bas , et soit disant plus de chambres disponibles
