Always a great time when we stay at this hotel with our family. Staff is friendly and helpful. We enjoy the pool/hot tub and slide. The coffee station in the morning is always good too.

All is just average

Three nearby hotels all offered breakfast, but Sandman did not. This was never mentioned before check in or before payment. The front desk staff had no suggestions, no alternatives, and no recommendations. The small coffee and tea station they put out in the morning was empty and later removed. At checkout I explained that I was disappointed because breakfast was not available and this was not disclosed when I made the reservation. The front desk agent simply shrugged without saying a word. Overall, this hotel does not seem to care about guest experience. Choose a better hotel that values its customers.
