Excellent cbd location with apartment style rooms for self catering

Stayed here for four nights, staff were lovely at check in and very quick. The room was amazing on first glance, absolutely huge. Only downsides were the tv in bedroom missing half the channels (9 + its derivatives and ABC) and no bottled water. Bathroom was bigger than most other hotel rooms! Lovely decor and colours. Plenty of space to entertain and cook up any food. Will be back!

The Sebel has excellent facilities, with spacious, well-equipped apartments and friendly helpful staff. But at present there is constant construction noise throughout the night on the nearby re-routing of tramlines, which makes sleep almost impossible. This is obviously beyond the control of the hotel management but perhaps they should be lobbying the city authorities about the impact on their guests, installing double glazing - or at least handing out very effective ear plugs at check-in! If you do go, ask for a high floor and take ear plugs and sleeping tablets!

Great location and room conditions are excellent !

The room was like a dungeon. It totally needs a makeover. Long overdue. The bedding was third world. The pillows were fit for the tip flat old and all of them still holding previous occupants hair under the pillow cases. Spare blanket had crusty white stuff on it. If we hadn't prepaid we would have left. 4 star plus.... I don't think so. You need to get out more. We hotel stay around 8 times a year. This was the worst ever.

we stayed at the Seble during the AO of tennis. the building is full of charm and the room was actually an impressive apartment, exquisitely renovated, clean, new and very quiet. we finally found our "home way from home" while in Melbourne!!!!

What a beautiful surprise this accommodation is... from the moment of arrival to departure this was the most pleasurable stay i have had in Melbourne for a long time.

Going to Melbourne and staying at the Siebel was a present for my birthday from my husband when he booked the hotel he told them it was a birthday present but yet the hotel didn't even acknowledge my birthday was not very happy about thatotherwise I have no trouble with the hotel

The Sebel Premier Apartments are a boutique style apartment five minute walk from Flinders Station and Federation Square. Located in Flinders Lane, a quiet road between Queen and Elizabeth Street, the apartments are close to shops, restaurants, convenience stores and some major attractions, such as Southbank and Docklands.

Prrety good overall，and we can leave our luggage in the hotel for a whole day which was very helpful. Thanks
