"Good stay"

Nice stay, very friendly staff. No breakfast but coffee in lobby and very clean. Bed was very nice plenty of hot water. Lots of places close to eat. Easy to get to plenty of parking. We will stay again while in Winchester. We had a function in Font Royal.

"Horrible experience"

The front desk was friendly. My room number was 100. Air conditioner broken. Tv was muffled speaker, bathroom floor was flooded. Leak was behind toilet. Faucet in bathroom sink was not attached to sink counter top. When you lifted the bar the whole thing came up. No bedside table of any sort or lamp. I had to climb out of bed to shut light off. Teens riding bicycles on the sidewalk. I stepped out of the room and had to jump back or be hit. Was nothing about this stay that was satisfactory. I did receive a refund.
